What our customers say...

"We have been using Utility Options for our landlines for just over 6 months and are very pleased with the savings we are making, and the service we are receiving. The change of suppliers was seamless, and we would recommend making the switch."

Here are some frequently asked questions we have compiled over the years for your information.
  • If I change my supplier, who do I call if I have a Power cut?

Image Whichever company supplied your electricity before de-regulation, will still look after your supply, your new supplier already pays for this service for you. The phone number will always be on the bill.

  • Do I need to change my electricity meter to get a better price with Utility Options?

Image No, nothing changes except your supplier and more importantly the price.

  • Does Utility Options arrange better prices for my electricity at home?

Image We specialize in business accounts, and would not be able to arrange new prices for domestic supplies, although if you are an existing customer we can give some advice and would be able to point you in the right direction.

  • I would like to change to Utility Options but my contract does not expire for some time?

Image Just give us as much information as possible, and we will contact you nearer the time of renewal and let you know how much we can save you. Often we can arrange a release from your existing contract to enable you to save money sooner.

  • I am an existing Utility Options customer and someone has approached me and told me I can save 25% if I move to them, should I sign up?

Image It is extremely unlikely that anyone could better our rates by so much; they are probably quoting savings to be made if you have never moved your electricity supply. Be very careful, this is a common mistake and sometimes could actually cost more, always contact us first to compare any new offers, we will always give an honest answer.
